Leo saved these from the garbage about 20 years ago and left them in the basement of the museum. We found them last week while cleaning!

There are two pictures that seem to show Mrs. Kopf having some type of award pinned to her dress. She was a math teacher.

One photo shows two of the Science teachers posing with two students in the Science Fair. The one on the right was a real trip. He was my 7th Grade science teacher in RJO 1967-68. His name will come to me, Melman or something similar. If you asked him a question, such as, "Can I open a window?"; he would answer with, "Should you? Could you. Would you?" His greatest claim to fame was at Easter break 1968. Just before Easter, he had arranged to receive a bunch of sand sharks for dissection. Arrival of the sharks was delayed for more than one week for some reason. He cheaped out on the formaldehyde. The sharks were loaded into big 50 gallon plastic garbage cans with a mix of water and formaldehyde. It was not enough formaldehyde. When we returned to school after Easter break, all windows and doors were wide open in the new wing of the building with floor fans blowing in the hallway. What a stink! It lingered for days.
